How we earn money
GamesPoker.com is free to read and supported in part by affiliate partnerships with real-money poker rooms on the Winning Poker Network: Americas Cardroom (ACR Poker), Black Chip Poker, Ya Poker and True Poker. When you click one of these links and sign up, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.
Where affiliate links appear
Affiliate links appear only on the poker rooms page and the four room pages under it. The rules guides, glossary, FAQ and research pages carry no affiliate links.
How this affects our content
It doesn't change what we choose to explain or how we explain it. Our rules, strategy, glossary, and research pages are written the same way regardless of whether a page contains an affiliate link. Each poker room page lists its limitations as well as its features.
How to identify affiliate links
Affiliate links are disclosed in the footer of every page, which links here, and they use rel="sponsored" markup as recommended by search engines. Room links go through a short /go/ address on this site before they reach the room.
Legal & age requirements
Online poker is legal in some jurisdictions and restricted or illegal in others. The rooms above are offshore sites and are not licensed in Ontario, the UK or any US state. It is your responsibility to confirm the law where you live before creating an account with any operator we link to. You must meet the minimum legal age where you live to play real-money poker: 18 or 19 in Canada depending on the province, 18 in the UK, and 21 in most US states.
